See attached letter for personal background. I request my documents be fully read and shared among relevant recipients based on my unique experience before any contact is made. Will only respond to initially inquiries via email so we may schedule a date-time to begin this serious discussion. I primarily made the decision to reach out after the recent announcements by Pres. Zelensky at the UN, and in recent days announcements from former MoD Federov regarding robotics. Please destroy my data if no effort to return contact is made by me. Thank you, may Ukraine prosper!
