Commissioned Officer- Major (10 Jan 2002 – 02 Jul 2019)- Bangladesh Army, Duties/Responsibilities: I have Joined BMA (Bangladesh Military Academy) in Jan 2002-Being commissioned in Dec 2003, more than 17 years of my service in Bangladesh Army was purely with Administration, Management, Planning, Security and Human Resource Development which include career planning, staffing, training, integrating, career development and mentoring, recording and career advancement of military personals, Served in Chittagong Hill Tracts in 2012-2013, Involved in performance management of the people and supervised in a dynamic environment of military performance management system, which is based on a unique blend of both trait-based and job-based evaluation processes, Provided leadership and strategic direction for various administrative, training and security program implementation and development, Handled various personal and general grievances and motivated men towards organizational goals and objectives with outstanding motivation and counseling skill, Chaired various administrative bodies such as the Committees on Contracts, Tenders Committees, Property Survey Boards and Court of Inquiries, Maintained organizational discipline to uphold the values, ethics and culture of Army, Contributed to prepare various operational papers for units thus for overall Army, Also prepared many reports and returns quarterly and annually. Army Level, I had been working as Grade-2 Staff Officer and Instructor Class-B in Army School of Physical Training and School (ASPTS), where Officers of more than 15 Countries were used to train under my direct supervision, Experienced in running administration including teachers management, students affairs, etc of the training centers as staff officer, I was the Operation Officer of my unit during preparation of Voter list and ID of Laxmipur District in National Voter ID Project in 2008-09 for long 9 months, where I was directly responsible for proper Human Resource Management and the District development, I served in Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a Battalion (RAB-10) and RAB Headquarter in Dhaka from Jan 2009 – April 2011, Lastly I served in a unit of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), in a remote border of our country (Satkhira) as Second in Command and Acting Battalion Commander, where being isolated from any Army Cantonment, I resolved many border related issues with our neighbor India, including stopping of smuggling and actions on border violence, Outside the Country- Serving as an Artillery officer I used to work and face the first line security situations both at home and abroad which I handled directly in combination with my professional skill and humanity, I worked as a member of United Nations Peace Keeping Operations (UNPKO) in Liberia as a Contingent Staff Officer in 2011-2012, While serving there I faced many fickle situations with lots of diversity which made me more confident, At multinational environment of UN, I was experienced in accumulation of information, coordinating and organizing the observers team and their overall tasks, detail crisis management with a huge foreign body by priority identification, integration and documentation of the information in order to aid the Force Commander of the mission to formulate productive decision and policies for the forces, I also participated as a security officer from UN Team in the National Election of Liberia, Carried out Mobile and Heli Patrol as per the guidelines by higher HQ.
