I have a sustained and deliberate commitment to military service and to the discipline, hierarchy, and accountability it requires. Through national military processes and personal preparation, I developed familiarity with military structure, command principles, and operational discipline. I do not claim combat or frontline experience; however, I understand the operational risks, psychological demands, and strict discipline inherent to active conflict. I am physically prepared, mentally resilient, and capable of operating under sustained stress while following orders without deviation. My decision to volunteer in defense of Ukraine is informed, voluntary, and unrestricted. I am available for assignment, adaptable to support or frontline roles as required, and committed to serving under international command in accordance with mission objectives and rules of engagement. If accepted, I will serve with discipline, reliability, and full respect for the chain of command, contributing to the defense of Ukraine, European security, and international stability.
