Legal changes

Important! Starting May 18th the contracts with the Armed Forces of Ukraine for foreign soldiers will allow termination of a contract by the soldier only after 6 months of service. The training days spent under the contract also count towards those 6 months. The law was passed by the Parliament of Ukraine and was signed by the President of Ukraine on the 16th of April 2024.

All contracts signed before that, including the old contracts, will still allow termination without minimum service requirement.
