I have currently been serving as a member of the Nepalese Army for over 12 years, attaining the rank of captain. During my service I held the positions of bomb disposal and EOD officer and operational leadership in infantry and combat engineering battalions. Overseas, I served as EOD Team Leader in the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA). I am a qualified Combat Engineer Officer and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) & Improvised Explosive Device Defeat (IEDD) Specialist. My current role is that of EOD Operations and Training instructor in Combat Engineering Training School of Nepalese Army, which I have held since 2022.
