I am also, to no exaggeration, very precise at marksmanship, having one eye aiming a rifle comes natural to me while hunting at 100+m, and on the shooting range I can hit bullseye reliably at 100m at almost 40 shots per minute with an M96 Mauser Swedish army rifle from 1899. Though this is civilian, range-tempo experience, but I believe I may be able to perform at at the very least half said efficiently in a stressful situation.
