In my current role as Supervisor & Industrial Distributor, I manage a team responsible for distributing plastic chairs to retailers across Lagos. One challenge was when we had a sudden surge in orders before a major event and our stock was low. My task was to ensure delivery without delay while keeping the team safe and motivated. I reorganized the schedule, prioritized high-volume clients, and coordinated directly with the warehouse to restock faster. We delivered 95% of orders on time and zero safety incidents. It taught me how to lead under pressure and stay mission-focused.
