I joined the Chinese Army in December 1992 and received infantry combat training. Later, I was trained to become an anti-aircraft gun operator and anti-aircraft gun tractor driver. Currently, I have completed two months of CAAC UAV beyond visual range pilot training, passed the training, and am waiting to take the exam for certification.I sent an email to your Ministry of National Defense on June 12, 2023, expressing my willingness to defend your homeland, but it was not approved at the time due to my age.

I am a Chinese national; I served as a conscript in China, received military training, and worked as a seafarer on ocean-going vessels. I share the same beliefs as the people of Ukraine and am willing to join in defending peace; I am ready to go to the front lines at any time.

With 18 years of working experience in surveying for road, bridge and municipal engineering projects, I have served as surveyor, chief surveyor and survey supervisor in multiple central construction enterprises and local construction companies. I previously participated in railway and high-speed railway projects, responsible for track laying, high-precision setting out of bridge piers, subgrade and tunnels, control network densification, data sorting, route re-survey and technical disclosure. Later, I worked on expressways, municipal roads and rain-sewage pipeline projects as a survey supervisor. I independently conducted settlement observation of bridges and subgrade, full-line center line re-survey and elevation control survey. I compiled special survey schemes, managed the survey team, strictly guaranteed measurement accuracy and construction safety, communicated with supervisors and owners, and completed as-built survey and document filing. I am proficient in total station, GPS-RTK, level instruments, as well as CAD and CASS software. Holding Grade II Constructor Certificate of municipal engineering and Safety Certificate B in Guangdong Province, I can independently lead a team to finish survey tasks for complex subgrade, bridge, tunnel and municipal pipeline projects.
